Hi Folks

Hi folks. We want to appologize for the delay in our blog updates. Our internet service in Arua has become problematic at best. We are currently at the country office in Kampala and have been able to post a couple of our backlog of blogs (though pictures are a problem even here). We have just returned from a trip to Kenya and are only here in Kampala a short while before heading off to Arua. We hope that you are all having a wonderful advent/holiday season. We think of you all often and wish we could stay in touch better. Know that our hearts are with you, even if our lack of internet communication would seem to indicate otherwise...

Ah! At last. It is wonderful to know that you have at last made contact through the internet in Kampala. I looked at Turtle Bay Beach Resort online. It looked wonderful! I hope you were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful Indian Ocean. I tried to call you on Saturday, but no answer. I'll try again when I am next home during the day. Thursday??? Merry Christmas! :)

Love ya!

Just a hint to readers:

There are new posts if you scroll down the original page. Apparently the posts are ordered by the date they tell about, not when they were added to the blog. Be sure to look for the kittens and dog! :)

Great to see/hear more of what you're seeing/hearing. Trust that you're also able to wade through the old e-mails sent your way while in Kampala. As long as we all know that we're trying to communicate both ways, we have the freedom to imagine receiving any message that fits the moment! So give yourselves all our good thoughts and a hug. And we'll picture you preparing for a lovely holiday in your tropical home.
Love,
